Registration and Fees

The summer school ARTISTE 2025, held by ML Academy at Politecnico di Torino, has no registration fees.

However, there is a contribution requested to support the expected logistics and the organizational costs of the event. The contribution amounts below are VAT-excluded.

Summer School Attendee Only:

In-person (by 31st May 2025)	150 euros
Remote virtual attendance	100 euros

Both Conference and Summer School Attendee Only:

In-person Early (by 31st May 2025)	350 euros
In-person Late	400 euros

The details about the registration process are provided below. The payment process is managed by the company Italiana Congressi e Formazione.

How to Register for ARTISTE 2025 ML Academy Summer School

The registration process for the ARTISTE 2025 ML Academy Summer School “Introduction to Machine Learning for Civil Engineering and Architecture” is performed directly on the ARTISTE 2025 First International Conference + Summer School Official Website.

• Complete the pre-registration form on the ARTISTE 2025 website

• After the pre-registration on the ARTISTE 2025 website, you will receive an email to validate your account. After validating your account, you will be able to proceed with the login in your private area of the website.

• The payment of the expected logistics and the organizational contribution is handled by the company Italiana Congressi e Formazione. Once again, we remind that the requested contribution amounts reported at the beginning of this page are VAT-excluded. You can find the payment link in your private area of the ARTISTE 2025 website after performing the login, in the Registration payment tab.

• The payment link will redirect to the Italiana Congressi e Formazione ARTISTE 2025 event webform. You can select the right option that suits you, and you can proceed with the payment of the requested contribution.

• After completing the payment, you can return to your Private Area in the ARTISTE 2025 webpage, and at the bottom of the same Registration payment tab you can upload a PDF file certifying the PROOF OF YOUR PAYMENT DONE.

• After cross-checks, if your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from artiste@polito.it for an official confirmation of your successful enrollment in our ARTISTE 2025 ML Academy Summer School event. Until you receive the official ARTISTE 2025 confirmation email, you will not be considered completely enrolled.
