Hard Skills 25 Hours Validation for Ph.D. Students regularly enrolled in PoliTo

Ph.D. Students enrolled in Politecnico di Torino Degree of any cycle and program are eligible for the validation of 25 hours of Hard Skills activities if they enroll and attend to ARTISTE 2025 Summer School “Introduction to Machine Learning for Civil Engineering and Architecture” held by ML academy at Politecnico di Torino university on 18-20 September 2025.

As reported in the official PoliTo webpage, Hard Skills active courses list for Academic Year 2024/2025, the Summer School ARTISTE 2025 ML Academy “Introduction to Machine Learning for Civil Engineering and Architecture (insegnamento su invito)” held by ML Academy has been officially activated with the code 01VYCRW and appointed as an Excellence Ph.D. Student Course offered by Politecnico di Torino (called “insegnamento su invito” from this current year).

How to add this course to your Annual Personal Study Plan

In order to receive the recognition of the 25 Hard Skills Hours from this course, the Ph.D. Students enrolled in Politecnico di Torino must:

• Enter in your PoliTo Ph.D. Student Page (“Portale della Didattica”)
• Go to the Online Services tab (“Segreteria Online”)

• Modify your Study Plan by selecting and adding the course 01VYCRW ARTISTE 2025 ML Academy Introduction to Machine Learning for Civil Engineering and Architecture (insegnamento su invito) to your Annual Personal Study Plan (“Compilazione del Carico Didattico”)

Final Examination and Marks

At the end of every single day of the Summer School course, a short survey with a multiple-choice questionnaire will be presented to the attendees in order to evaluate their learning objectives for that day. The answer to these questionnaires will also represent the final examination for enrolled Ph.D. students who can receive two kinds of passing marks, based on Politecnico di Torino regulations: Pass or Pass with Merit. After receiving the final examination mark of the ARTISTE 2025 ML Academy Summer School, your mark will be validated by your Ph.D. Academic board, and finally, you will be able to check in your Cruscotto ScuDo the 25 Hard Skills Hours.

Anyway, a signed and official certificate of attendance will be provided to all the attendees (both in-person and remote attendees).
